Located at Vendor shall be responsible for all
government permitting (including sales tax).
Charlotte Open Air Marketplace and The Metrolina
Tradeshow Expo accept no
responsibility for loss to vendor
for any reason.
If a negligent act of a
vendor results in a law suit,
Charlotte Open Air Marketplace's
insurance company will
subrogate against vendor for the full amount of loss
paid.
All merchandise is to be kept within the yellow lines.
Any
alterations or changes to spaces require
permission of
management.
Banned or prohibited items for sale include
but are not limited to:
All food items (anything consumable on
premises)
Firearms, fireworks, illegal or offensive items,
dangerous,
vicious, or poisonous animals, alcohol,
drugs or drug
paraphernalia.
Produce, Fruits & Vegetables Are NOT
included as Food Items.
Homemade goods, which are approved for sale,
must be in compliance with all
North Carolina Health Department
Regulations.
Vendors are responsible for the cleanup of their space.
All trash must be placed in proper receptacles.
Vendors are expected
to dress appropriately, including but not limited to the fact that
all vendors
must wear shoes & shirts with NO OFFENSIVE signage on
clothing.
Offensive signage on merchandise will be determined by
management
and must be kept out of sight.
NO pets without prior
permission.
Children must be kept under control.
Loud or boisterous
noises are prohibited including
demonstration of sound and musical
equipment.
Courtesy for your neighbor is to be used in the display
of
your merchandise and signs. Don't block your neighbors merchandise.
Signs are
to be hung in such a manner that they will not be a safety hazard.
PRIOR
APPROVAL is required to hang signs.
